Jessica Patzke

Jessica Patzke is a Program Manager in the Center for Certification and Competency-Based Education (C3Be), primarily supporting the CBE at KU initiative. Jessica has experience managing a portfolio of large-scale transformation projects, including a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) business model transformation. She also has experience in customer success, continuous improvement, and streamlining and standardizing business processes. Jessica enjoys adding value to any engagement by taking complex plans and ideas and simplifying them into clear, actionable visuals. Her love for organization permeates every facet of her personal & professional life. Jessica was certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute in 2023.
