Biography

In-Gu Kang is a learning and performance analyst dedicated to research on improving learning and performance in diverse settings. He has over 20 years of experience in instructional design, learning analytics, human performance technology, human resource development and management, instructional and performance intervention design, and program evaluation. He has been teaching a wide range of courses in statistics, program evaluation, needs assessment, human performance technology, adult learning theories, and instructional design. His research interests include learning and performance analytics, workforce development, intervention design, and implementation science by applying advanced statistical analyses and machine learning methods.
