Angela Karrasch, Ph.D.

Dr. Angela Karrasch is a research psychologist dedicated to leader development and the advancement of science related to learning and leadership, with executive level experience identifying issues, exploiting organizational opportunities, and creating synthesis to maximize the impact of scientific research for improved performance of large organizations.

Dr. Angela Karrasch retired from the U.S Army Research Institute (ARI) for Behavioral and Social Sciences in July 2021 after over 20 years of civilian service with her final position as Supervisory Research Psychologist, Chief. Dr. Karrasch is highly regarded in the military research community having authored, co-authored, and/or contributed to 20+ research publications ranging on topics such as strategic thinking, learning organizations, diversity and inclusion, and influence.
